Role overview

Own Docusign's use case-led GTM strategy globally — architecting a prioritized taxonomy of high-value platform use cases across segments and defining the standardized bill of materials that brings each use case to life with consistency across teams.

Partner with Product, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Customer Success to embed use cases into repeatable Sales Plays, equip field and partner teams with the messaging and value frameworks needed to close deals, and scale the governance model from ideation to adoption.

The role asks for B2B SaaS PMM experience with a track record of building cross-functional use case frameworks, sales enablement programs, and feedback loops that tie GTM execution to deal attribution and platform adoption.
